Info, Terms & Conditions
1. Number of Workers : 500
2. Ages : 20 to 45 years
3. Contract Periods : 6 months / 1 year + Renewable
4. Working Days Per Week : 6 days
5. Working Hours : 8-10 hours / day
6. Number of Working Hours per Week: Minimum 48 hours / week
7. Accommodation : Yes – Provided by Employer
8. Food : Provided (direct meal or €120 as Food Allowance)
9. Medical Facilities : Public as for the Albania Healthcare System
10. Transportation : In case necessary as per Albania Labor Code
11. Nationalities Accepted : Filipinos; Indonesia; Vietnam;
Myanmar; Indian (Northeast India natives only)
12. Education : Junior High School
13. Frequency of Salaries : Monthly

PS.
All the above positions are as for the base conditions which is 8 hours 6 days per week during the seasonal jobs they get provided with higher payments which will be as for the requests of the employer in but never less than base salary multiplied by 1.2, in cases that the requests of employer are for very long extra hours it will be up to 1.5 higher than base salary plus all the taxes of the extra hours getting covered.
